What are the check-in and check-out times, and when will I hear back?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Send your request and we'll review it within four hours.
What is the deposit and how do I pay?
Once your request is approved, we send you bank transfer details. The full amount is due upfront to confirm your booking. No partial or deferred payments at this stage.
What does the price include?
The price includes the caravan fully equipped — Khawlani coffee and cardamom ready, hotel-grade bedding, firewood, and private parking. No hidden fees, no mandatory extras.
Can we cook in the caravan?
Each caravan has an electric kettle and everything for coffee and tea. For full cooking there is an outdoor area set up for this. The area is also close to restaurants in Abha if you'd like to eat out.
Is it suitable for children?
Children are very welcome — each caravan sleeps up to three guests, and we welcome families.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation more than seven days before check-in: full refund. Cancellation within seven days: no refund. For documented medical emergencies we review each case with understanding.
What should I bring?
An extra warm layer even in summer — nights get cold at altitude. Comfortable shoes for mountain paths. A camera if you like, but sometimes sitting and breathing is enough.
Is the site accessible for limited mobility?
The caravans are at ground level with a single step at entry. Outdoor paths are gravel and natural terrain. If you have a specific need, contact us before booking and we will arrange what we can.
Are pets allowed?
Bringing pets to Sahab Caravans isn't allowed by default, but it's considered case by case; message us on WhatsApp before booking and tell us about your pet so we can confirm.
