What are the check-in and check-out times, and when will I hear back?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Send your request and we'll review it within four hours.
What does the price include?
The price includes the caravan fully equipped — Khawlani coffee and cardamom ready, hotel-grade bedding, firewood, and private parking. No hidden fees, no mandatory extras.
Is it suitable for children?
Children are very welcome — each caravan sleeps up to three guests, and we welcome families.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation more than seven days before check-in: full refund. Cancellation within seven days: no refund. For documented medical emergencies we review each case with understanding.
